The sixth edition of the Symposium “Mechanism of Animal Behavior” took place on 29 May in Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences - foreign students (Poland).
Various speakers participated and presented the latest studies related to the ethology and behaviour of dogs and other canids.
Dr. Tristam Wyatt (Oxford University), an international reference on pheromones and chemical communication in animals, opened this very rich day of interactions between scientific research and applied ethology. Dr. Manuel Mengoli (CECBA) presented the latest research within the IRSEA group and its applications, and then opened the discussion on behavioural and biological parameters associated with assessing long-term stress response in service dogs.
